Got no emails from the news section

Hi Birdie,
as told I have subscriped to the news section here at the forum but it seams that I never get any emails regarding new topics ! Could you please check ?

Hello Oliver,
Thank you for reporting this problem. It's fixed now.
Note also that if you receive a notification by email, you won't receive a new one until you visit the sub-forum you subscribed to, being logged into your account.

None I'm aware of. But note that sometimes email can be considered as spam.
Do you have problems being notified of new posts in the News section ?

I also seem to be not getting any email from the news forum that I am "watching." I just realized that the new Thunderbird 10 compatible version was available.

I'm still not being notified of items in the News forum. I am "watching" it in my settings, but I don't get any email when there is a new item in News. I did just get an email when someone replied to my post in this topic, so it isn't that I can't get any emails at all, just the News items.

As of Sep 2012, I am now getting emails about news items. Don't know if anyone fixed it, but thanks if they did.
