Hi,
I don't know how synchronize the files contained on the memory card of the pocket pc (HTC Touc) ?
Default option of ActivSync, synchronize only the main files from the memory.
If it's possible ...

I don't think it is possible to synchronize files on your memory card with ActiveSync/WMDC. Only the files under "My Documents" in the main memory of the mobile device are synchronized.
