Is it possible synchronize more devices with same thunderbird contact list?

Absolutely. You can synchronize several mobile devices with the same address book. Each modification on one device should then be synchronized with Thunderbird address book and will then be synchronized with the other mobile devices.

When I connect the second device with activesync I can't select Cards or Events selected by another device.

Maybe it's because your mobile device is "application locked". Is it a smartphone (no touch screen) or a Pocket PC ?
Which model is it ?

With HP HW6915 all runnung without problem.
With Imate SP3 with Windows mobile 2003 smartphone I can't synchronize.
