BirdieSync does not even install

Hello,
I didn't find any information about my problem anywhere, so I hope you guys can help me out =)

Using:
Thudnerbird 3.0.4 ( no Add-Ons, just Littlebird Theme )
BirdieSync 2.0.1.3
Win7 Ultimate, just the Standard Mobile Device-Center which automaticly installed with new set-up of Windows
XDA Orbit 2 ( HTC Polaris ) with WinMobile 6.1

Problem:
BirdieSync starts installation, but after choosing the installation path, when the "real installation" starts, BirdieSync just gets this far -> Image and than just disappears.
No error, no installation on Mobile Device, no add-on in Thunderbird, no signs of BirdieSync in registry or installed programs, just nothing left =)
Only the programm folder -> Image with these two folders is left ( 2 help files, 1 assistant.exe )

Don't want to switch to Outlook again, so solving the problem would be great :)

You said no add-ons on Thunderbird, you need at least Lightning in order to use Birdiesync.

Hey, thanks for your reply.
Even now with installed Lightning it just gets till "closing BirdieSync" and then is, like before, just... away!

What step follows "closing BirdieSync"? Installation on PPC? Maybe the really next step in the log may help.

Hello cmax69,

Could you confirm that when you install BirdieSync no "BirdieSync.exe" process is running ?
Do you have an administrator Windows Account or a standard one ?

The next step in the installation is to check that Thunderbird is closed. Could you try to start Thunderbird before running the installer ?
Do you see a message requesting to close Thunderbird ?

What is the content of the file "BirdieSyncInstall.log" ? It should be located in your usual temporary directory (maybe C:\Windows\Temp)

Hi Birdy,

so, I can confirm "BirdieSync.exe*32" IS running while install. But it just closes with the installer.
I'm running the installation as admin (I'm always admin) and even tried "run as administrator".
There is no message (nothing about Thunderbird, too) when BirdieSync closes, doesn't matter if Thunderbird is running or not, tried it several times.

What is RAPI?
And has the unsigned policy something to do with driver signature?

Maybe it's because of 64bit?
I read very few times about the same problem I've got in some forums but nobody got it running yet with this prob....
