Hi,

I had to hard reset/reinstall my phone, but after reinstalling BS on the phone I have two phones mentioned in the Activation tab in Birdiesync in W7.

Which one can I safely remove from this list?

The old one, showing 'last sync dates' and 'Items' counted, or the new empty one?

Hello rob,

The correct one is the empty one since it is as if you never synchronized this mobile device. You can delete the one with last sync dates since it will no longer be used. Also you should see a "[Connected]" near the name of your device in the Activation tab when it is connected. A good way to identify the correct device.
