Connection Failure

Birdie Sync has stopped synchronising with Thunderbird. It has worked perfectly until recently.
I upgraded to Thunderbird 3.0.3 and it is possible that the problem started then although I
don't remember if this was the case.

I upgraded to version 2.0.1.5 recently because of this problem. The new software worked once
or twice but now the original problem has returned.

My O/S is Windows Vista with all recent updates. The phone is a HTC Touch Diamond running the
latest HTC version of Windows Mobile (6.5).

I've searched the forum for similar cases. Although others have reported the same problem, I
cannot find any solution that works (I've adjusted the USB setting).

I've prepared a log archive and will forward it.

Hello procyon,

Did you try to disable your firewall ? Maybe the log archive will give me more details on your problem (send it to support(at)birdiesync.com).
