choose with e-mail account to sync

Hi.
I am new her, but I could not find any possibility to choose witch account I want to sync.
He keeps saying that he could not find one specific e-mail account on my mobielphone. (HTC Touch CruiseII)
Just one I did not want to sync.

Also he keeps telling me he could not start Sunbird because the executable could not be found. Is there a plug-in needed for this one in Sunbird?

Regarding Sunbird, which Sunbird path did you set in BirdieSync options in Sunbird. Did you press the "Use current Sunbird" button ? Did you check that "sunbird.exe" was present in this path ?
