It is possible to sync data with Thunderbird/Lightning and a Windows Mobile device (Pocket PC) AND an Android device with the SAME PC?
At this time I sync only with my Pocket PC but like to sync with my new Android device (DELL Streak) as well.

Yes, you can synchronize Thunderbird with several mobile devices. If you modify an item on a mobile device, it will be then synchronized with Thunderbird. The next time you connect your other mobile device, the item will be synchronized from Thunderbird.
In any case, I strongly suggest you to backup your data before synchronizing with several devices.
