Desktop 2.3.5.1 versus Android 2.3.4.1

Hello,

After the installtion of the new version (Desktop 2.3.5.1), I'm now unable to synchronize my Phone (android 2.3.4.1).
Version conflict.

Any update for the android device ?

Hello,

The last desktop version available should always be compatible with last version available on the Android Market (or on the App store).
I tested again BirdieSync 2.3.5.1 with Android Market version 2.3.4.1 and it works properly.

Right after you have the error, could you send your logs to support ?
First, transfer the mobile device log to the desktop with "Help/Transfer mobile device log" while your mobile is connected (if possible).
Then build the log archive BirdieSyncLog.zip with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send it to support(at)birdiesync.com.

Hello Biridy.
Do you have any update on this issue ? I also cannot synchronize contacts after updating desktop to 2.3.5.1. I have a log but cannot attach it to the post.

Hello Krzysztof,

Well if I understood correctly, jlexige's problem was because another Phone with an older version of BirdieSync was connected at the same time.
Could you send your logs to support(at)birdiesync.com ?

Hello,
I do not have any more phone connected to the computer. I've send the logs.
I use Win 7 and synchronize via USB.
