Here we go sorry for my bad English / all last versions

- reinstall pc
- install thunderbird with lightning
- install Birdiesync
- start thunderbird and accept plugin

and then you have the error

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://birdiesync/content/Wizard.xul
Line Number 244, Column 9: &eventCalendarWarning.description;

Solution
- got to birdiesync options
- thunderbird tab
- fill in the user profile to sync with default

reproduce this way
- got to birdiesync options
- thunderbird tab
- select portable
- push ok
- got to birdiesync options
- thunderbird tab
- select thunderbird ( here you see profile is blank)
- push ok
- restart thunderbird

Thank you for reporting this problem. The error could be displayed with the wizard at first installation of BirdieSync. It should be fixed in version 2.3.11.1 which has just been released.
