Thunderbird 12.0 has internal changes which deeply impact BirdieSync. A new version is being worked out and hopefully should be released soon.
Please wait before upgrading to Thunderbird 12.0.
Thanks.

Re: Thunderbird 12.0
Hello Birdy,
just a minor remark for the new version. Installation works fine, but looking into the error log or error console of thunderbird shows the following:
[BirdieSync] Initializing...
Native module at path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\BirdieSync\Thunderbird Service\components\ComponentLoader.dll' is incompatible with this version of Firefox, has version 11, expected 12.
[BirdieSync] Initialization completed !
The line points directly to BirdieSync
Kind regards

Re: Thunderbird 12.0
Hello KingTutt,
Thank you for reporting this problem ! You are perfectly right. The installed version of BirdieSync ComponentLoader.dll is not the correct one. At least it doesn't seem to cause a problem and doesn't prevent BirdieSync extension from loading but obviously it will need to be changed in next version of BirdieSync.
