variable syncing of Email address fields?

I'm using BirdieSync 2.4.3.0 together with TB 15.0 and Lightning 1.7 and Android device Samsung Galaxy S Advance.
The Syncing between TB and my Android device is working fine, but I'm using also a syncing in my Skoda car via Bluetooth. The syncing with the car only works with contacts having an Email address in "Others". If there is any entry in "Home" or "Work" nothing is synced to my car. (A bug in the skoda software: I don't know why the phone in the car needs any Email address:)
Is there a way to choose the email address assignment from TB to the Android device? Something like this 1st entry TB to "Others" on Android. 2nd entry TB not synced...
