Hello,
I have 2 HTC HD2, the 2nd one being an exact backup copy of the 1st one. They have 2 different identification names, BS switches the name in activation panel when I connect one or other phone but acts as there is an unique device. What can I do to BS sees 2 different devices? I am using BS 2.4.5.0 / Win7 x64.

Hello Pierre,

I guess the 2 devices return the same identifier to BirdieSync app (despite the 2 different names).
Can you confirm that you use Android on these devices ? Do your 2 devices share the same SIM card ?
It may be necessary to send you a test version to investigate on this problem. Could you please send a mail to support(at)birdiesync.com about this issue ?
