BirdieSync

Hello,
I tried to install the testversion the windows client of BirdieSync for use with an Iphone.

During installation I get the following error:
An error occured while setting up runtime environment (error 1603)
I disabled Antivirus , but no change.

Any help appreciated

Hello qwertz,

This error may happen when trying to install Microsoft redistributable package.

Could you please manually install vcredist_x86.exe available here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... st_x86.exe
(if you see an error during its installation, could you tell me it ?)

Then try to reinstall BirdieSync.
