Hello Spider,

On the server, you can change the user name and password by editing the user. Click on "Configuration" panel, and in "Users" column, select a user, cclick on the Gear button and select "Edit user".
In Thunderbird, there are several possibilities:
- If BirdieSync toolbar is displayed, click on the Gear button at the extreme right of it. In BirdieSync options window, you can change the user name and password if "Remote server" is selected.
- You can click on the 3 bars menu button of Thunderbird, and then select "Tools/BirdieSync/Options..."
- If Thunderbird menu is visible, you can open "Tools/BirdieSync/Options..." menu (if hidden you can display Thunderbird menu by right clicking on the right of the last Thunderbird tab, and select "Display menu bar")
