Are we good to go for TB 40.0?

Actually BirdieSync only supports final releases of Thunderbird (like 24.x, 31.x, 38.x), and not beta versions (which should the case of Thunderbird 40.0). So the latest version that BirdieSync supports is Thunderbird 38.x (with BirdieSync 3.0 still in beta at the moment).
