Hi,

I am having problem syncing the address book of my smartphone (HTC One M9) with my Thunderbird. It could do it previously but now an error appears stating 'cannot list source address book'. I reset my phone and reinstalled Birdiesync, it was able to sync and populate my phone's address book and calender. However, it fails to synchronise subsequently.

Any advice?

I have discovered through trial and error that the problem is with an update to another app called Tango. Prior to a recent update, Tango did not affect Birdiesync. Uninstalling Tango solved the problem

I'm glad you could find a workaround. A new test version was sent to you by email which tries to solve this specific problem. So it may then still be possible to use this other app as well.

I have tried the new test version for a few weeks now and thus far, no problem with Tango app.
