I've been away on a long trip, so I didn't sync for a long time. When I open the app on the iPhone, it connect over wifi to the server, then the sync fails every time with the message: "Source disconnected" and the iPhone app crashes.
PC:
Windows 10 Home 10.0.14393 build 14393
BirdieSync 3.0.1.1
Thunderbird 45.3.0
iPhone 5s:
iOS 9.3.5
BirdieSync 3.0.0.5
Best regards,
Sync fails: source disconnected, iPhone app crashes
Re: Sync fails: source disconnected, iPhone app crashes
Hello Aloyse,
First disable the automatical launching of the synchronization when you connect your mobile device:
In BirdieSync main window on the PC, open menu "File/Options...".
Untick "Launch the synchronization right after the connection of a source".
Press OK to save the options.
Then connect your mobile device.
While your mobile device is connected, build a log archive with menu "Help/Archive logs...", then send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com
You may tick again the option after having built the log archive.
Thanks.
