I am running the following configuration:
Windows 10
BirdieSync Windows server 3.2.1.1
iOS 11.4.1
BirdieSync iOS app 3.0.0.9
For the past several weeks, I have problems connecting from my iPhone to the server.
- I have tried stopping/restarting the server, but that does not fix the problem.
- I have tired stopping/restarting the app on my phone, but that does not fix the problem.
- If I completely shut down my phone and restart it, then I can connect/sync. This only lasts for a few synchronizations. Then it stops working again, and the only solution (so far) is to power-cycle my phone again.
Any ideas on what is going on or how I can resolve this problem?

Re: Problem connecting iPhone to server
Hello Hamsa,
Did you check "Find BirdieSync server" in BirdieSync app Settings on your iPhone or did you enter a hostname or IP address ?
Adter a successul connection of your iPhone to BirdieSync server (this is important to retrieve its logs), could you please build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync(dot)com ?
Thanks.

Re: Problem connecting iPhone to server
"Find BirdieSync server" is enabled on my iPhone.
I have emailed you the log files that you requested.
Thanks for looking into it.
