I have a problem, after installed birdiesync 1.7.1.1 , my phone always have system or network error, and reboot.

What do you mean by "system or network error" ? Which error message do you have on your mobile device ?
Does the problem occur right after the installation ? When you reconnect your mobile device ? While your mobile device is connected ?
If you soft reset/reboot your mobile device, do you have this error before connecting the mobile device ?
Could you check that there is memory left on your mobile device before the error message happens ?
If you uninstall BirdieSync (but NOT ActiveSync or the Windows Mobile Device Center) do you have the same problem ?
