critical error

Installing BirdieSync on the desktop works well (WIN7). The installer recognizes the mobile device (win mobile 5.1). But after installing on the device an error pops up: "Sorry, a critical error happened while executing BirdieSync on the mobile device. (...)" (Just like in http://www.birdiesync.com/forum/viewtop ... f=6&t=1276 post)
On the desktop BirdieSync says: "Connection not established with mobile device"

This happens with BirdieSync 2.3.4.0 BETA-d as well as with BirdieSync 2.3.3.1

Hello avl,

It seems that BirdieSync doesn't succeed in accessing the mail database volume.
Can you access to all your mails with Pocket Outlook application ?
If you soft reset your mobile device (reboot it), do you still have the same problem ?
