With the latest BirdieSync 2.3.4.0 BETA-d I have the following problem with my Android smartphone (Android 2.2.2):
BirdySync syncs always half of all my contacs (about 300 out of 600) every time I connect my smartphone by WLAN though no contact has really changed.
If I start syncing without re-starting WLAN BirdySync correctly sync no contacts.
So obviously BirdySync detects wrongly a lot of changes of contacts after WLAN off/on.

Hello Stef,
Which version do you have on your Android device (not on your desktop) ? You may know it pressing the "i" button at the bottom right of BirdieSync application screen.
Thanks.

Re: Re-sync of half of all my unchanged contacts (Android
BirdySync V2.3.3.2 (the current version from Android Market).
Re: Re-sync of half of all my unchanged contacts (Android
You may update to Android version 2.3.4.0 which has just been released on the Android market. That should fix your problem (after one synchronization).
Please read the release notes since this new version brings important changes on the way accounts are synchronized.
