Remove Duplicates Version 2.3.4.1

Hi,

Since I upgraded to Thunderbird 5, I have been unable to use the Remove Duplicates function for Events. I only use Birdiesync to sync Events.

What happens is the when I select Events and click start, the bar image shows it running but does nothing. I left it like that for 10 minutes but still nothing.

Using it on the Cards, Tasks, Mails is fine (though as mentioned, I do not sync those and Tasks and Mails is not supported) as the Total column just shows "0".

My events has increased 2X-3X so would appreciate help? One of the reasons I chose Birdiesync is because of this as there is nothing in the market that removes duplicates from Thunderbird. Would have been good to have a function where Phone replaces Thunderbird though.

What do you mean by that ? Is the bar progressing or do you still a small chunk moving (indeterminate state) ? What is the "Total" value displayed for events ?
After you got this problem, could you send your logs to support(at)birdiesync.com with the Thunderbird/Sunbird menu "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..." ?

Hi,

The progress bar shows a small slow moving bar of green which just continues. It is not on indeterminate state. There is no counting or Total value or Duplicates displayed.

Any new information here? Updated to Birdiesync 2.3.5.0 and TB 6.0 and still the same problem... Thanks.
