BirdieSync crashes Lightning 0.5

BirdieSync seems not to work with the new 0.5 release of lightning. Thunderbird will crash.

Yes, previous birdiesync version are not compatible with Lightning and could make Thunderbird crash. You have to uninstall BirdieSync and install the new version (1.5.5.0). You may find more information in this thread.
Let me know if it does not fix your problem.
