BirdieSync menu is not available in Thunderbird/Sunbird.

If the version of BirdieSync you installed is supposed to be compatible with your version of Thunderbird and Sunbird but no BirdieSync sub-menu appears in Tools menu, there might be a problem with Thunderbird/Sunbird extension manager cache. You should check out this page to solve the problem. Then check if you can access to BirdieSync options.
