No Connection after upgrade from v2

I have upgraded Thunderbird to v38.2.0 Which means I also have upgraded BirdieSync to v3. I have configured everything the way it looks like it should be configured. After that upgrade I could not connect to the Android device anymore. I've tryed and checked everything what was desribed in the FAQs. Nothing helped. I switched back to Thunderbird 31.8 and BirdieSync v.2 and everything worked fine.
What else can I do to get it working?
