Not Syncing at all?

Hi, i'm running Thunderbird 1.5, BirdieSync 1.3, Lightning 0.3 and MS ActiveSync 4.2 on XP. I am using a WM5 Pocket PC.

For some reason, when I try to sync the Pocket PC, I get an error from ActiveSync:

#85010014

And... nothing happens. The device doesnt sync with Thunderbird at all. I followed some of the other articles, and in the ActiveSync options, the Cards/Events options are not open to being selected, and I did have a security policy alert. I followed some links but cant find a way to 'unlock' the phone.

Can anyone help? I've been searching for an app like this for so long, to finally have my phone/laptop/desktop all with the same calendar and contacts!

Could you send to support@birdiesync.com the type of your mobile and the file BirdieSyncInstall.log located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp\
