Delete a Calender in Bidiesync

Post by Muecke » Mon Oct 05, 2015 11:15 am

Hello,

with the new Birdiesync I found some old calender which I want to delete. When I choose on my android phone Birdiesync and then the option delete calender the app is crashing down every time.

how can I delete these old calenders on my phone?
On my computer I cannot find them. Where are they?

Many thanks
Regards
Muecke

Are you sure they are "old calendars" and not only categories?

Maybe that are default calender created by the manufacturer or apps on your mobile?

for exapmle:
Some time ago I used a calendar app which created a calendar for all birthdays in my adressbook.

Hello Muecke and servantoftheking,

In which Android accounts are located these calendars ?

I tried to remove a calendar in BirdieSync account on the Android device, with BirdieSync app menu "Remove calendar" but could successfully remove it.
Could you please try to remove again this calendar ?
Then right after the crash, relaunch BirdieSync app, connect it to the server (this is important to get Android log) and generate a log archive with menu "Help/Archive logs...". Then send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at) birdiesync.com.
Thanks.

Hi Birdy,

when I try this exaactly like you and the birdie sync app crashes with a error message "Birdiesync stopped" and I can send a report to android.
I will try to get a log file like you told me tomorrow.
