Hi
I have been running version 3.1b2 on my Windows 10 PC with no problems. I tried updating to 3.1b3 but the Birdiesync program fails to run, displaying the dialogue:
'Sorry an unexpected error occurred which leads BirdieSync to exit.
Please relaunch BirdieSync and send a problem report with menu
"Help/Report a problem...", or generate a log archive with menu
"Help/Archive logs..." and send it to support @birdiesync.com for
analysis.'
Pressing the OK button closes Birdiesync. When I relaunch BirdieSync the error dialogue appears again.
I had a copy of 3.1b1 which I installed and the problem dissappears.
Grateful for advice on how to proceed. I am happy to help to debug the problem, but not being able to launch 3.1b3 to generate logs etc I am at a loss how to do so.

Hello Mark,
You may generate logs with 3.1b1. If a specific error was logged with 3.1b3 I may still see it.
You may then send the logs to support(at)birdiesync.com
