What is the procedure to install BirdieSync ?

Before installing BirdieSync and synchronizing, please check that you have a recent backup of your data. You'll find more information on how to backup your data here.

If you are under Windows XP:

You must have Microsoft ActiveSync installed on your operating system to get Windows Mobile drivers. You can download it here.

If you are under Windows Vista or Windows 7:

It is not necessary to install the Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center. The Windows Mobile drivers should already present on your computer.

Then you can install BirdieSync.

- Download the Setup file from BirdieSync web site.
- Connect your mobile
- Wait for the end of the connection
- Close Thunderbird and Sunbird
- Launch BirdieSync installer then read and strictly follow all the recommendations (especially at the end of the installation)
