I made a payment of € 19.95 for nearly a week and I have not yet received nor the registration key nor any news or acknowledgement on the part of Callicia.
The thing that creates more hassle me is that I forwarded several emails to the staff but never received a response.
I need a software as working with turderbird and need to synchronize my smartphone with my notebook.
I would like information immediately.

I am really sorry but I couldn't find any received mail from your mail address. I also checked the spam folder.
I sent you a private message asking you for additional information in order to quickly solve this problem.
Edit:
I found your two mails under another mail address. I answered to your mails but it seems that you never received my responses either. Maybe an anti-spam problem ? The registration mail was sent again to your alternative mail address.
Note: if other users have the same problem, please directly send me a private message in the forum or send your mail from an alternative mail address to contact the support to try to avoid anti-spam filters.
